Our Policy:
Once the PIN number is delivered to the customer via e-mail, the sale is
final. No returns, exchanges or refunds are awarded.
We do not have control over the connection and the rates of the phone cards
sold. We work very hard to find the best quality cards with the best rates for
our customers, but we do not manufacture the phone cards.
If you have a billing or rate question on the card you have purchased, have a
problem with an access number, experience quality problems or are unable to use
your phone card, please call the Customer Service number of the card provider.
This number was sent to you in your e-mail order. Be sure to have your PIN
number available when calling customer service. If your lost your PIN number,
please log into your account area and search your order history and you will
find it there.
We strive to maintain up to date information about product and services on
our website. However, please be advised that:
1. Rates are subject to change without notice.
2. Rates may be higher on calls to cellular phones, or originated from
payphones.
3. Phone Cards or PINs are Non Refundable, Non Transferable and Non
Exchangeable.
4. Monthly, bi-monthly and weekly fees and taxes other than stated may apply
on certain cards.
